Do you have child-care available?
We currently do not have any child-care options available due to lack of demand BUT we are always willing to adapt -- if enough parents are interested and are committed members we will reconsider!
Do you have punch passes available?
We no longer offer punch pass fobs; however, we believe that our membership pricing is reflective of the amazing facility and equipment that we offer. We want to encourage everyone to purchase the membership instead and offer 'no questions asked' cancellation to assist with your decision. Alternatively, you can also purchase a one-time drop in should you choose to visit for a short period of time.
Is the fitness studio available for rent?
Yes. The fitness studio is available for rent subject to request. Email us at info@prairiestrongfitness.ca for details!
Do you offer personal training?
YES!! We strongly encourage everyone to be trained; you will learn TONS and it will greatly impact your long-term understanding of the way your body moves. Please email manager@prairiestrongfitness.ca to inquire about pricing options and a plan that works best for you. Too expensive? No problem. We offer TEAM TRAINING options that group a number of people together to meet a common goal. This allows you to benefit from a personal trainer's instruction, make new friends and follow a plan; all while keeping the cost more affordable compared to one to one sessions.
